UTOF/01/20 Digital Communication & Marketing Officer (DCMO)
The officer will be responsible for developing and managing our digital content and marketing campaigns, social media campaign, assist in the content management, maintenance of our website, virtual traffic, manage risks and meeting regulatory/statutory compliance requirements. The officer will be reporting directly to our Regional General Manager.
UTOF/02/20 Team Leader, Suva Branch
This is a leadership role and directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, providing excellent customer experience, assist team in managing risks, onboarding new investors and meeting regulatory/statutory compliance including “Know Your Customer” requirements. The primary responsibility is to drive the outcome-based Key Performance Indicators “KPIs” and contribute to the overall growth of UTOF. The role reports directly to Manager Customer Care.
UTOF/03/20 Customer Relations Officer, Nadi Branch
The officer will work closely with the Team Leader Nadi in promoting UTOF investments in the western division. The officer will also be required to participate in UTOF roadshows and conduct presentations to groups, mataqali’s, villages, communities and small micro enterprises.
UTOF/04/20 Administrative Officer/Driver
The role requires working closely with our team in customer engagement, events management, office errands, assisting in road shows, managing vehicle fleet and carrying out all administrative duties.
UTOF/05/20 Front Desk Officer
The officer will be managing our front office related activities including directing new investors to our licensed representatives, mail management, appointments and provide logistic support for the team. In addition, the officer must be able to communicate clearly, effectively and must be detail-oriented & highly organized individual.
The minimum qualification requirements (MQR) for the above roles (UTOF 01, 02 and 03) are Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent, with the minimum of 3 year’s direct work experience. For the roles 04 and 05, Certificate in Office Administration or Form 7 qualification with valid driving license will suffice. Attractive remuneration packages will be offered based on relevant work experience and qualifications.
